Come to Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland for our all day program of summer art adventures! For the last 11 years we have created memories to remember as we have built outdoor sculptures, ceramics, jewelry, drawing, painting, paper making, and our original children's theater.

This year will be our best ever outdoors and indoors with ceramics, painting, drawing, sculpture, paper-making, weaving, theatrical arts and music, and much, much more. Our wonderful professional staff include program director Susan Blim, musical theater teacher Gayle Bridgford, professional artists and teachers Maria Fontaine and Rebecca O'Shea, and other talented creative artists.

July 7th - 25th
Three, one-week all-day sessions.
9:00 - 4:00
for ages 6-14.
(For an additional fee there is extended care.).

Pentucket Arts Center is a non-profit organization based in Haverhill, MA founded in 1996. We support and develop arts programming for the Greater Haverhill area. For more information visit www.pentucketartscenter.org.

The program will provide 2 snacks each day, but a lunch must accompany the child. The program will run regardless of weather.

Fee is $185 per child per session.

Please mail in the registration payment (personal check or money order) with your complete contact information, your child's name, age, and the grade they will begin in the Fall, as well as their school. You will receive a confirmation of registration, along with the medical and permission forms for the program. An official registration form is not necessary as long as complete information is provided along with payment.

If you have not received confirmation of a registration already submitted, please call Catherine Waldron at home in the evening 978-374-1656. We will have all the confirmations sent out within 1 week of receiving your registration. If you do not receive confirmation by then, please call me at home in the evening, 978-374-1656.

This program is popular but we do have space remaining in all three sessions. Although you may register online up to the day before the start of the program, we will appreciate early registrations to assist in planning. All our instructors are talented artists with a bachelors degree or higher in art and education.

New Board Members are being recruited now. We would like to have an active, working board including mainly the parents of children in the Summer Program. Board members must be able and willing to contribute both time and money to ensure the organization's future. No member of the board may accept any financial remuneration from Pentucket Arts Center. The art teachers and director of the summer program are paid for their work, they are not eligible to be members of the board of directors. All non-teaching administrative duties are performed by unpaid volunteers. Thank you for considering this request to become involved.
